Pepper Biquinho Yellow has a unique, slightly tart flavor with a small amount of heat. It rates 500 to 1,000 on the Scoville scale. The bright yellow 1-inch pods taper to a point, looking like an inverted teardrop. The pepper can be eaten raw or cooked. Add them to your favorite dish for a pop of color and spice.
