Sandoval F1 is a Serrano hybrid. The large plant produces small cylindrical jalapeno-shaped fruit. The fruit is 2 inches long, with medium to thick walls. When maturing, the fruit will change color from green to red. Sandoval F1 is best eaten fresh or pickled.
