Jade F1 is grown in a semi-bush habit. The fruit is dark green/gray and is like a kabocha type, but with a buttercup-like button on the blossom end. The dry flesh is very nutty in flavor. Jade F1 weighs 2 to 3 lbs. and can be 4 inches by 6 inches in size.
